Ferry line Ventspils – Travemünde (Germany)

The Danish/German shipping agency „Scandlines” offers the ferry traffic between Ventspils and Travemünde (18 km from Lübeck and 84 km from Hamburg).

Ventspils Airport

The project on rehabilitation of the Ventspils Airport was developed within the National Transport Development Programme of the Republic of Latvia (1996-2010). Implementation of the project would promote competitiveness of the Ventspils transport hub in the European and global markets.

Ferry line Ventspils – Nynashamn

The Danish/German shipping agency „Scandlines" offers the ferry traffic on the Ventspils – Nynäshamn (58 km from Stockholm and 541 km from Oslo) route.

Yacht Club "Ventspils"

Ventspils Yacht Harbour is situated at the mouth of the River Venta, 12 miles SSW of the Oviši Cape in the City of Ventspils. The port is protected by N and S breakwaters.
