Ventspils valstspilsētas pašvaldības iestāde “Ventspils osta” izsludina ražošanas ēkas nomas tiesību atklātu mutisko izsoli ar augšupejošu soli.

Izsoles priekšmets ir projekta “Ražošanas ēkas izbūve Ventspils Augsto tehnoloģiju parks 4, Ventspils” (Nr. 6.1.1.3/2/26/A/013) ietvaros paredzētās ražošanas ēkas ar telpu kopējo platību 4437,5 m2 un tai piesaistītā nekustamā īpašuma un ar to funkcionāli saistītā zemes gabala Ventspilī, Ventspils Augsto tehnoloģiju parkā 4 (kadastra numurs 2700 027 0273) daļu 8203,80 m2 platībā nomas tiesības.

Pretendentam līdz 2029. gada 31. decembrim:

• jāizveido ne mazāk kā 45 jaunas darba vietas;

• nomas objektā jāveic nefinanšu investīcijas savos nemateriālajos ieguldījumos un pamatlīdzekļos ne mazāk kā 1 415 782 EUR.

Izsoles sākumcena – maksa par nomas objekta telpu nomu ir 3,30 EUR/m2 bez pievienotās vērtības nodokļa mēnesī. Papildus nosolītajai nomas maksai jāmaksā maksa par zemes nomu 50,10 EUR bez PVN mēnesī par zemes gabala daļu. Izsoles solis ir 0,05 EUR/m2.

Ar izsoles nolikumu iepazīties un saņemt papildus informāciju par izsoles norisi un nomas objektu var Pašvaldības iestādē „Ventspils osta”, Ostas ielā 23, Ventspilī, darba dienās no plkst.8.00 līdz plkst.12.00 un no 13:00 līdz 17:00 (piektdienās līdz plkst. 16:00) vai arī brīvi lejupielādēt šeit.

Izsole notiks 2026. gada 7. oktobrī plkst. 15.00, Jūras ielā 36, Ventspils pašvaldības iestādes “Ventspils domes administrācija” telpās, 2. stāva zālē. Izsole ir atklāta. Pretendentu reģistrācija izsolei notiek izsoles norises vietā no pl.14.30 līdz pl.14.55.

Pieteikšanās izsolei līdz 2026. gada 30. septembrim plkst. 12.00. Ventspils State City Municipality Institution “Ventspils Port” Announces an Open Oral Auction with Ascending Bids for the Lease Rights to a Production Building

The Ventspils State City Municipality Institution “Ventspils Port” announces an open oral auction with ascending bids for the lease rights to a production building.

The subject of the auction is the lease rights to a production building with a total floor area of 4,437.5 m², planned within the framework of the project “Construction of a Production Building at Ventspils High Technology Park 4, Ventspils” (No. 6.1.1.3/2/26/A/013), together with the associated real estate and an 8,203.80 m² part of the land plot functionally connected to it, located at Ventspils High Technology Park 4, Ventspils (cadastral number 2700 027 0273).

Requirements for applicants

By 31 December 2029, the applicant must:

• create at least 45 new jobs;

• make non-financial investments in intangible assets and fixed assets at the leased property in an amount of at least EUR 1,415,782.

Auction terms

The starting bid for the lease of the premises is EUR 3.30/m² per month, excluding VAT.

In addition to the bid lease payment, a land lease fee of EUR 50.10 per month, excluding VAT, must be paid for the relevant part of the land plot.

The auction increment is EUR 0.05/m².

The auction regulations and additional information about the auction procedure and the leased property can be obtained from the Municipal Institution “Ventspils Port”, at Ostas Street 23, Ventspils, on working days from 8:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 (on Fridays until 16:00), or downloaded free of charge here.

Auction date and registration

The auction will take place on 7 October 2026 at 15:00, at Jūras Street 36, Ventspils, in the premises of the Ventspils Municipality Institution “Ventspils City Council Administration”, in the hall on the 2nd floor.

The auction is open to the public.

Participant registration will take place at the auction venue from 14:30 to 14:55.

Applications to participate in the auction must be submitted by 30 September 2026 at 12:00.

The application for participation in the auction, together with proof of payment of the EUR 15,000 security deposit, must be submitted to the Municipal Institution “Ventspils Port”, Ostas Street 23, Ventspils, or sent electronically, signed with a secure electronic signature, to [email protected].
